Road to Recovery

Road to Recovery group is applicable for patients 18+ with both mental health diagnoses and formal or informal substance use diagnoses. Patients in all areas of recovery from in active use to years of sobriety are encouraged to join. The group will center around the topics listed below to foster a combination of education and open discussion group style. Group will use an MI approach to assess and monitor stages of change for each patient and scale their progress. The group curriculum will not be rigorous and topics of discussion each group will be flexible depending on the needs of the group each week.
