What Does the Client Support Specialist Do?
Our Client Support Specialist serves as a neutral and confidential resource—similar to an ombudsman—who helps clients navigate concerns or challenges related to their care or interactions with our clinic. This role is dedicated to promoting fairness, transparency, and effective communication.
The Client Support Specialist can:
Listen to your concerns with care and without judgment
Assist in resolving misunderstandings or conflicts
Clarify clinic policies and procedures
Facilitate communication between you and our team
Ensure your voice is heard in a safe and respectful way
