We believe in the power of coming together to face the challenges of substance use. Our group counseling sessions are thoughtfully designed to offer not just a path to recovery, but a journey shared with others who understand exactly what you’re going through.
Imagine a space where you’re surrounded by support, understanding, and shared experiences. Our group sessions provide exactly that — a safe, nurturing environment where everyone speaks your language of recovery. It’s not just about overcoming; it’s about transforming together.
We get it — life doesn’t pause for recovery. That’s why our groups meet at various times throughout the week, making it easier for you to balance treatment with your daily responsibilities. Whether you’re juggling a job, school, or family commitments, there’s a spot for you in our circle.
Our sessions go beyond the surface, diving deep into developing effective coping strategies and robust relapse prevention techniques. Led by compassionate, expert facilitators, each group is a place to learn, grow, and strengthen your resilience for the long haul.
Dual Purpose: Addresses the link between anger, emotional distress, and substance abuse to prevent relapse. Enhances emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships, crucial for recovery and sobriety.
Focus: Learning anger management to tackle underlying causes of substance abuse and improve life quality.
Focus: Recovery from addictive behaviors through mindfulness.
Recovery is a path best traveled with companions. In our group sessions, you’ll find not just a support system, but a family of individuals all moving towards a common goal: a healthier, substance-free life.
Typically, each session is 45 minutes long. This allows time for a thorough exploration of your thoughts and feelings, while also fitting conveniently into your schedule.
